Role overview
System Soft Technologies is looking for a Project Coordinator to support the Project Manager in keeping initiatives on track and helping different teams contribute toward shared project outcomes. The role calls for someone highly organized who can juggle priorities, coordinate moving parts, and help drive projects to successful completion.
What you'll do
- Partner with the Project Manager to shape, advance, and execute project objectives.
- Coordinate updates, communication, and deliverables across all project stakeholders.
- Monitor and record project progress and completed milestones.
- Build working relationships across functions when needed to support project delivery.
What we're looking for
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities, along with solid problem-solving skills and close attention to detail.
- Capability to manage multiple priorities and switch between tasks efficiently.
- Comfort and proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite.
