Role Overview
This position sits within the Product Engineering Organization and focuses on test and manufacturing support for Enterprise New Product Introduction (NPI). As a Product Implementation Manager, you will help remove barriers early, coordinate across teams, and ensure product launches proceed smoothly, on schedule, and to the expected quality level.
The role calls for strong program management discipline, process improvement thinking, and the ability to keep multiple stakeholders aligned throughout product development and launch phases.
What You Will Do
- Direct program timelines and coordinate the execution of tactical plans that support product development.
- Spot risks, dependencies, and blockers early, then drive timely resolution to keep work moving.
- Manage budget planning and tracking to support effective program execution.
- Develop productive working relationships and support decision-making across teams and leadership levels.
- Make sure engineering test solutions are available on time for initial silicon bring-up.
- Work with cross-functional partners to maintain alignment, improve reporting, and strengthen processes.
- Track the delivery of engineering samples through the transition into initial production.
- Coordinate OSAT qualification, production test solution setup, capacity installation, and production control activities.
- Handle product life cycle management tasks, including phase-gate reviews and milestone tracking.

You should be adaptable, analytical, and resourceful, with the ability to bring teams together, encourage continuous improvement, and stay focused under demanding timelines.
Preferred Experience
- Demonstrated success in managing complex programs and delivering outcomes using a variety of program management tools.
- Experience defining, tracking, and delivering major initiatives and schedules while coordinating across functions.
- Comfort working across multiple locations and with culturally diverse teams.
- Strong technical understanding of microprocessor product development to support practical decision-making and issue resolution.
- Exposure to wafer fabrication, engineering test methods, and manufacturing operations.
Education
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- PMP certification is considered an advantage, though it is not mandatory.
