Role Overview
This position provides administrative support to the EuroLeague production team. Working alongside the Production Manager, the role covers a wide range of production administration tasks such as handling paperwork, arranging travel and accommodation, coordinating freelancers, and supporting day-to-day production operations.
The role also acts as a first point of contact for internal and external queries, manages expenses and credit card-related administration, requests quotes for upcoming production needs, and helps organise meetings, minutes, and catering.

Key Responsibilities
- Review, check, and publish production paperwork, including music cue sheets and contributor agreements.
- Support tracking of the production’s Albert carbon footprint.
- Handle general production administration such as travel and accommodation arrangements, freelancer bookings, invoice processing, and call sheet preparation.
- Serve as the main contact for general production queries from internal teams, clients, and suppliers.
- Gather quotations for upcoming production needs, including travel, transport, and accommodation.
- Assist with meeting coordination, minute-taking, catering arrangements, and related office support.
- Take on other duties that reasonably fall within the purpose and scope of the position.
Required Skills and Experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build positive working relationships.
- Confident interpersonal approach when dealing with internal stakeholders and external contacts.
- Self-starter who can manage priorities with limited supervision.
- Well-developed organisational ability and a strong eye for detail.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Previous administration experience.
- Prior exposure to a production environment.
- Experience handling invoices and booking freelancers.
- Awareness of music cue sheets and post-production paperwork.
Working Conditions
The role is based at Stockley Park, Uxbridge. It is a fixed-term contract running until July 2027.
Standard working hours are 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. The role is expected to be office-based for 4 to 5 days each week, with occasional working outside normal hours when business needs require it.
Some unsocial hours, weekend work, and international travel may also be necessary. The environment is fast-moving and shaped by the EuroLeague and EuroCup Basketball calendar.
