PMP® Instructor & Project Management Course Developer

Overview

A well-established professional training institute with more than 39 years of industry experience is seeking an experienced PMP® Instructor and Project Management Course Developer. The role is suited to a professional who can confidently teach PMI® certification programs and also build concise, high-impact learning content across project management and related areas.

The position is based in Dubai / Abu Dhabi, with onsite work expected. Candidates must already have training experience for PMI® certifications; applications from those without this background are not suitable.

What the role involves

• Lead interactive PMP® training sessions in both online and classroom formats.
• Create and refine short courses covering project management and related topics.
• Support learners through mentorship and exam preparation guidance.
• Ensure all learning material stays current with the latest PMI® standards and best practices.

Experience and profile required

• Strong hands-on experience in project management, with 10+ years in the field.
• Active or completed PMP® certification, along with other PMI® credentials, is mandatory.
• Prior teaching or training experience for PMI® certification programs is required.
• Experience training for PgMP® and other PMI credentials such as PMI-ACP®, RMP®, PBA®, and AI-related topics is preferred.
• Excellent communication ability and proven skill in designing course curricula are essential.

Additional preference

• Familiarity with the PMBOK® 7th Edition will be an advantage.
• Ability to deliver both virtual and in-person learning sessions is a plus.
