What you will handle
The position involves taking ownership of service transition work, coordinating business-as-usual operations, maintaining governance artefacts, and preparing operational reports. The environment includes mobile devices, telephony, thin clients, and collaboration platforms.
Experience and capability needed
The employer is looking for someone with a background in service operations or service transition, working knowledge of ITIL, hands-on familiarity with ITSM tools, and a disciplined approach to documentation and governance.
Security clearance requirement
A current Confidential Vetting (CV) clearance is mandatory for this position. Clearance transfer may take up to two months, so availability should be planned accordingly.
