Key duties

• Run the shop overnight in accordance with company procedures and the nightly checklist.
• Make sure all perimeter alarm systems are switched on.
• Maintain the security of the site building throughout the night.
• Keep the shop clean, organised, and safe for colleagues and customers.
• Deliver courteous and helpful customer service.
• Check that product prices are labelled correctly.
• Support stock rotation and refill shelves as needed.

Experience and profile

Previous experience in a similar position is considered an advantage. Retail background is especially useful for this role.

The ideal candidate will bring a positive, can-do approach, strong communication skills, and confidence when engaging with customers. You should work well with others, adapt easily to different tasks, and feel comfortable in a busy, fast-moving setting.
