Role summary
Bupa UK is hiring a part-time MSK Physiotherapist for its Crawley clinic in RH10 9LW. The position is onsite for 8 hours per week on Monday or Friday, with the possibility of extra virtual hours. Pay is competitive and depends on experience, alongside a strong benefits package.
About the team and clinic
The MSK Therapy service is growing because of rising demand, and the clinic is looking to add physiotherapists to its multidisciplinary care teams. The role sits within a wider clinical network and offers scope to continue developing your skills while working with experienced colleagues.
What you will do
- Assess and treat musculoskeletal conditions for both insured patients and self-paying clients.
- Work alongside Centre Managers and MSK Therapy Leads to connect with the local public, corporate groups, and healthcare community.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary group that includes Physicians, APPs, Physiotherapists, Osteopaths, Podiatrists, GPs, Health Advisors, and Mental Health practitioners.
- Deliver a thorough, progressive approach to MSK assessment, rehabilitation, and recovery.
- Contribute to an excellent customer experience and communicate your approach with confidence and enthusiasm.
What you need
The employer is looking for someone with HCPC registration, post-graduate MSK experience, and the ability to work effectively in a clinical team. You should also be able to manage your notes and documentation well, with dedicated clinical admin time provided in your schedule.
Experience and qualifications
- At least 2 years of UK experience after qualification is required.
- You must be an active practising member of the HCPC as a physiotherapist and linked to the relevant professional or regulatory body.
- Substantial post-qualification experience in musculoskeletal medicine is needed.
- Postgraduate study such as an MSc or MACP is considered an advantage.
- Experience treating private patients or sports injuries is desirable.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential, along with good organisation and time management.
