Role Overview

Gateway Gardens is looking for experienced med passers to join its adult residential care team in Eugene, Oregon. The position is designed around a better work-life rhythm, with 12-hour shifts that create a schedule of 3.5 days on and 3.5 days off.

What You’ll Do

In this role, you will support residents by delivering medications accurately and on time, helping promote participation in day-to-day activities, and contributing to their overall safety and well-being.

Schedule and Training

This position follows a 42-hour weekly schedule, which includes 2 hours of overtime built into the roster. New hires will spend the first four weeks learning the Gateway approach while handling caregiver duties; during this period, med passer pay still applies.

Pay and Incentives

  • Hourly pay starts at $16.50 and can go up to $23.51, depending on experience.
  • Night shift work includes an extra $2.00 per hour.
  • Campus assignments add another $1.25 per hour.
  • A $1,000 sign-on bonus is offered.
