Role Summary

This position is responsible for leading Indexync’s organic social media presence as well as its paid advertising efforts. It is a highly hands-on role with broad ownership, covering content development, campaign execution, free-to-paid conversion nurturing, and performance analysis to drive continuous improvement.

You will work directly with the founders, gain visibility into strategy and growth choices, and contribute meaningfully to how the company scales.

Core Responsibilities

  • Manage the full content workflow for Instagram and TikTok, including ideas, scripts, filming, editing, and posting.
  • Plan and maintain content schedules while also handling audience interaction and community engagement on both platforms.
  • Create short-form, platform-specific videos that speak to marketplace sellers and small business owners.
  • Reuse and adapt content into multiple formats to extend reach while keeping the brand voice consistent.
  • Track trends, experiment with opening hooks and content styles, and refine output based on performance results.
  • Set up and run paid campaigns using Meta Ads Manager and TikTok Ads Manager for Singapore and Southeast Asia marketplace sellers.
  • Build audience groups, test ad variations, and improve campaigns to increase signups and lower acquisition costs.
  • Make sure the ad creative and landing page experience work well together to reduce drop-offs and improve conversions.
  • Increase ad spend carefully and only when campaign data supports scaling.
  • Review and report weekly on performance across organic and paid channels.
  • Use analytics to guide content decisions and budget allocation.
  • Keep a close eye on cost per acquisition, conversion rates, and return on investment by channel.
