Role Overview

This position sits at the centre of a modern beverage manufacturing environment, where you will help operate automated packaging lines, maintain product quality, and contribute to continuous improvement on the production floor.

What You Will Do

• Operate automated, high-speed packaging and production equipment efficiently.
• Support output targets while maintaining strong quality standards.
• Carry out flavour and pack-size changeovers accurately.
• Identify faults quickly, troubleshoot problems, and keep production running smoothly.
• Inspect, test, and monitor products during manufacture to protect quality.
• Follow the company’s quality-first approach so every can, bottle, and pack meets expectations.
• Work in line with GMP, HACCP, and workplace safety requirements.
• Treat Swanbank plant equipment with care and perform routine autonomous maintenance such as cleaning and inspection.
• Help keep the facility operating at a high standard every day.
• Contribute ideas to improve processes and challenge existing ways of working.
• Use structured problem-solving methods such as 5 Whys and Fishbone analysis.
• Support Suntory’s Monozukuri Way and the wider drive for operational excellence.
• Work with the team to make processes smarter, faster, and more effective.

What Will Help You Succeed

• Previous experience in manufacturing or a busy production environment is preferred; FMCG exposure is an advantage.
• Comfort using machines and technology, along with practical problem-solving skills.
• A proactive mindset with curiosity and a desire to improve how things are done.
• Strong commitment to product quality, safety, and doing work properly.
• Enjoyment of team-based work in an environment built on support, challenge, and shared wins.
