About the opportunity
AB InBev Africa is looking for a Logistics Technical Trainee in Tanzania. This is a 12-month development program designed to build a strong understanding of the Logistics function, with hands-on exposure across Distribution, Warehousing, and Inventory.
The program is structured as a fast-moving learning journey that includes operational exposure, project work, and interaction with senior leaders. Progression through the rotations is assessed through regular evaluations. The training follows a 70-20-10 learning approach: 70% from challenging work and projects, 20% from developmental relationships, and 10% from formal training and coursework.
Successful participants who complete at least 8 months of continuous growth and finish the program may become eligible to apply for internal roles within the business.

- Support team goals that help the business grow, using insights, innovation, and technology to stay competitive.
- Adapt comfortably to a high-speed working environment and remain effective even when priorities shift.
- Demonstrate an ownership mindset and contribute actively to AB InBev’s overall success.
Candidate profile
- A bachelor’s degree or an equivalent qualification is required.
- Up to 3 years of full-time formal work experience is acceptable.
- You must be open to geographic mobility, including relocation to different locations during the 12-month program and later in your career.
- Strong English language proficiency is essential.
- You should be comfortable using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and able to learn new systems quickly.
- The role suits someone who is ambitious, curious, bold, and resilient.
- A strong drive to achieve results and make a meaningful impact is important.
