About the role
This internship is with Placemein HR Solutions, an HR consultancy supporting hiring needs across multiple industries. The role is focused on in-person lead generation for the company’s education and staffing services in Hyderabad.
Key responsibilities
- Make field visits to coaching centers, training institutes, and colleges in the assigned locations to introduce the company’s education and staffing solutions.
- Develop and nurture relationships with institute owners, training coordinators, and college placement teams.
- Gather correct contact information and business needs so a reliable lead database can be built.
- Present the company’s services and create interest in demos or meetings, while avoiding direct selling.
- Maintain daily visit logs and lead status updates in Google Sheets or CRM tools.
- Work with the internal sales team to support follow-up calls and scheduled meetings.
- Carry out basic market research on competing institutes and courses in the area.

Requirements
- BBA or MBA students, or recent graduates, with an interest in marketing, fieldwork, and business development.
- Willingness to do frequent field visits to institutes and colleges.
- Strong communication ability in English and the local language.
- Good relationship-building and presentation skills.
- Basic familiarity with Google Sheets or Google Docs is helpful.
Compensation and perks
The internship offers a stipend of INR 20,000 to 23,000 per month. The pay structure includes a fixed component of ₹15,000 per month and incentive pay of ₹5,000 to ₹8,000 per month. Perks include a certificate, letter of recommendation, flexible work hours, free snacks and beverages, and a possible job offer on successful conversion to a permanent role. The expected annual salary for the full-time role after conversion is ₹4,00,000 to ₹5,50,000.
