Role overview

Love’s Travel Stops is hiring a Kitchen Team Member for its Tifton, Georgia location. In this role, you’ll help create a welcoming deli experience by delivering friendly service, keeping food areas organized, and preparing menu items to standard. Prior experience is not required; training will be provided.

What you’ll do

• Provide day-to-day customer assistance by answering menu-related questions and helping resolve customer needs.
• Support the store cashier team by keeping the deli, coffee, and fountain areas clean and well-stocked throughout the shift.
• Prepare deli items according to company preparation instructions, including salads, fresh-cut fruit, hot and cold sandwiches, wraps, and parfait cups.
• Follow company procedures and food-safety practices using the required tools, processes, and technology.
• Be open to learning additional duties through cross-training in areas such as store cashiering, restaurant cashiering, facility maintenance, and leadership support roles.
• Handle physical tasks that may involve lifting more than 25 pounds and working in different temperature conditions.
