About the Role

3Cloud is seeking an IT Support Technician who enjoys solving practical problems, collaborating closely with others, and contributing to a fast-moving team environment. What You’ll Do

  • Act as the first contact for office technology issues, including door access, workstation concerns, CCTV, Wi‑Fi and network questions, Teams Room systems, and printers.
  • Support technology needs for visitors, including executives, clients, and training attendees.
  • Assist with setup and troubleshooting for meeting rooms and Teams Room equipment.
  • Coordinate the movement of laptops for employee onboarding and offboarding.
  • Work with the in-house driver to arrange equipment delivery and replacement.
  • Reset, reformat, and prepare laptops for reuse.
  • Take part in monthly and yearly inventory checks.
  • Keep the IT room orderly and properly maintained.
  • Enroll devices in Intune Autopilot and ensure they are configured correctly.
  • Process password reset and MFA reset requests for GDC users during the assigned shift.
  • Escalate unresolved issues to the Business Systems Team when needed.
  • Support executive, client, and training visits as required.
  • Carry out other duties assigned by the team.

What We’re Looking For

  • At least 1 year of experience in IT support, technical support, onsite support, helpdesk support, or a similar technology support role.
  • Working knowledge of troubleshooting common workplace hardware, network, and user-access issues.
  • Good organizational ability and a structured approach to problem-solving.
  • Someone who is dependable, open to feedback, and motivated to learn.
  • Ability to handle and move IT equipment weighing around 5 to 15 kg, including laptops, monitors, and peripherals.
  • Experience with Azure Entra, previously known as Azure Active Directory, is beneficial but not mandatory.
