Role overview

In this position, you will handle day-to-day IT support, strengthen infrastructure reliability, and help ensure smooth technology operations across users, systems, and networks. The role combines troubleshooting, administration, vendor coordination, and continuous improvement of IT processes.

Key responsibilities

• Diagnose and fix advanced issues across hardware, software, network, and communication tools.
• Administer and upkeep enterprise network components such as Fortinet and SonicWALL firewalls, Cisco switches, wireless access points, Avaya PBX, Genesys servers, and PRI lines.
• Support business collaboration and communication platforms including Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Slack, Cortex Antivirus, Genesys Cloud (PureCloud), and Avaya PBX.
• Plan and implement IT infrastructure improvements that match operational needs and future growth.
• Review IT initiatives, suggest upgrades, and consider budget impact to improve efficiency.
• Act as the main contact for IT matters and deliver prompt support to employees and stakeholders.
• Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and technology partners to maintain service quality.
• Provide both remote and onsite support for software, devices, and enterprise systems.
• Track IT assets, software licenses, warranties, and inventory across the full lifecycle.
• Observe system health, security, and uptime to reduce interruptions and protect business continuity.
• Create and maintain IT documentation, internal policies, procedures, and standard operating practices.
• Follow company IT security requirements and best-practice standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a closely related discipline.
• 2 to 3 years of experience in IT infrastructure, network administration, or technical support.
• Practical exposure to Fortinet and SonicWALL firewalls, Cisco networking hardware, Avaya PBX, Genesys PureCloud, and PRI connectivity.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Slack, and antivirus administration.
• Experience coordinating with vendors and delivering IT projects.
• Strong diagnostic, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills for supporting users at different levels of the organization.
• Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and stay effective in a fast-paced setting.
