Role Overview
We are looking for an HR Business Partner to work closely with business leaders and shape people strategy in line with organizational goals. This role focuses on workforce planning, talent management, employee experience, performance, learning, and organizational development.
What You Will Do
- Work with key stakeholders to understand talent priorities and help execute the broader human resources and talent strategy, including present and future workforce needs, hiring, retention, and succession planning.
- Take part in manpower budgeting and forecasting alongside business leaders, and track budgets to ensure they stay optimized.
- Partner with business heads on organization structure and design, and help translate business direction into HR plans.
- Build, roll out, and review action plans based on annual engagement surveys and ongoing employee feedback.
- Manage the performance management cycle across all levels and create frameworks that support appraisal decisions, reward outcomes, and career progression.
- Develop and oversee special initiatives that strengthen employer branding, improve the new joiner journey, and bring in strong digital and market-aligned practices.
- Shape talent acquisition plans so staffing requirements are met consistently.
- Provide advice and support to HR colleagues and business teams on HR policies, processes, and related matters.
- Collaborate on learning and development programs that create growth opportunities for employees within the organization.
- Work with stakeholders to design and implement organizational development interventions that support people growth and improve employee happiness.
Requirements
- 6 to 8 years of relevant HR experience.
- Graduation from a premier educational institution.
