Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate candidates and shortlist suitable profiles.
• Arrange interviews and coordinate scheduling with candidates and hiring teams.
• Conduct interviews and manage candidate communication through the hiring stages.
• Handle salary discussions and support the negotiation process.
• Track selected candidates until they officially join the organization.
