Role overview

We are hiring a proactive and highly organized HR-focused administrator/office manager to support day-to-day office operations and people-related tasks in a busy consultancy setting. The position blends administrative coordination with hands-on HR assistance and collaboration across internal stakeholders.

Office management responsibilities

  • Run the daily administrative workflow so the workplace remains professional, efficient, and well organized.
  • Handle office services, equipment upkeep, purchasing, and vendor coordination.
  • Arrange internal logistics, support meetings, coordinate travel, and help organize regional events.
  • Make sure office practices align with internal safety standards, cleanliness expectations, and relevant regulatory requirements.
  • Support local compliance documentation and maintain working relationships with banking partners.
  • Be prepared to travel within Saudi Arabia when business needs require it.

HR support responsibilities

The role also includes on-site HR support, particularly across recruitment and employee lifecycle coordination.

  • Assist with recruitment and talent management by organizing interviews, assessments, and candidate communication during the hiring process.
  • Keep applicant records current and maintain accurate recruitment status tracking.
  • Work with hiring managers and consultants to understand hiring needs for active and upcoming projects.

Onboarding and offboarding

  • Coordinate onboarding activities, including paperwork, office preparation, and IT/desk setup.
  • Help new joiners settle in smoothly while ensuring their onboarding matches both company and client expectations.
  • Support offboarding steps, exit formalities, timely removal of employee access from required internal and external systems/portals, and documentation in line with labor law.

Compliance and legal coordination

  • Support compliance with Saudi labor law and related government systems such as GOSI, Muqeem, Qiwa, Mudad, and the Ministry of Human Resources.
  • Track Saudization objectives and contribute to compliance reporting.
