Overview
This role is for a Hostess position with Apparel Group in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The hostess is responsible for creating a welcoming first impression for guests and supporting smooth front-of-house operations.
Core Duties
- Welcome guests courteously and maintain a high standard of hospitality from the moment they arrive.
- Manage table allocation efficiently, with attention to seating flow and waiting times.
- Handle reservations accurately and help organize guest seating based on availability.
- Support a positive guest experience and contribute to overall satisfaction levels.
- Maintain reliable attendance and be punctual for all scheduled shifts.
- Follow professional communication practices and keep grooming standards consistently high.
