What You’ll Do

• Deliver one-on-one ABA therapy to clients in home, school, or clinic settings.
• Carry out treatment programs created by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
• Record and track client progress data accurately.
• Work closely with families and other team members to support successful outcomes.
• Help maintain a safe, encouraging, and structured therapy setting.

Compensation and Schedule

• Hourly pay is listed at $24 to $30.

Qualifications

• You should already hold RBT certification, or be ready to obtain it.
• A high school diploma or equivalent is required; some college is preferred.
• Experience in ABA or in working with children is helpful, but not mandatory.
• You must be able to pass a background check.
• Reliable transportation and the ability to travel locally are needed.
