This position is centered on creating a guest stay that feels seamless, personal, and memorable rather than simply handling check-in and check-out. The Guest Experience Expert supports visitors throughout their entire stay by taking initiative, handling a variety of service needs, and helping shape a distinctive experience. Responsibilities may include managing operational tasks, responding to guest requests, preparing reports, and sharing useful information about the local area so that each interaction feels like part of the guest journey.
Work Expectations
The role requires a strong focus on safety, policy compliance, confidentiality, asset protection, and service quality. A professional appearance, polished communication, and adherence to company standards are essential. The position is active and hands-on, with regular standing, sitting, and walking for extended periods, along with moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, or placing objects weighing up to 10 pounds without assistance.
