Overview
A growing financial services company in London is hiring a Finance Analyst to work closely with the CFO. The position offers broad exposure to financial reporting, commercial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and performance insight, with the chance to influence reporting and business decisions across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with month-end close activities and review profit and loss performance.
- Prepare budgets, forecasts, and financial models to support planning.
- Examine business results and monitor key performance indicators.
- Create dashboards and management reporting packs for internal stakeholders.
- Maintain records and analysis relating to adviser pay and commission arrangements.
- Spot opportunities to improve processes and reduce costs.
Candidate Profile
- Background in a Finance Analyst, FP&A, or Management Accounts position.
- Advanced Excel ability and strong analytical thinking.
- Hands-on experience building KPIs, dashboards, and management reports.
- Commercial mindset with excellent attention to detail.
- Experience in financial services would be an advantage.
