About the Role
Galaxy Freight Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a motivated Executive for their Air Export department in Goa. This full-time, onsite position offers an opportunity to contribute to the dynamic field of international freight forwarding.
Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate air export shipments from origin to destination.
- Liaise with clients, airlines, and ground handlers to ensure smooth operations.
- Prepare and process necessary documentation for air export.
- Track shipments and provide timely updates to stakeholders.
- Address and resolve any issues or discrepancies that may arise during the shipping process.
- Maintain accurate records of all export activities.
Requirements
- Must be a graduate.
- Possess 2 to 4 years of relevant experience in air export operations.
- Demonstrate strong communication and coordination abilities.
- Proficient in basic MS Office applications.
- Exhibit a proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and undertake new responsibilities.
Additional Information
This is a full-time, onsite position based in Goa.
