Ecommerce Assistant

Role overview

An opportunity is available to join the Digital Trade team at Harrods as an E-Commerce Assistant. The role supports day-to-day online trading activity through product data oversight, merchandising coordination, reporting, communication with internal partners, and delivery of trading tasks.

What you will do

• Keep site merchandising elements up to date, including sections such as Bestsellers, Exclusives, Just In, and Trends.
• Review Google Analytics reports to spot performance patterns, draw insights, and turn them into actions.
• Refresh and manage category pages with newly published products as needed.
• Assist with communications to brand partners and internal stakeholders.
• Support the wider e-commerce assistant function with data governance, merchandising activity, reporting, and trading execution.

What we are looking for

The role suits someone with a commercial approach, ideally with background exposure to retail and e-commerce. Experience using Microsoft Office and Google Analytics is important. Strong accuracy, confidence in managing stakeholders, clear written and verbal communication, and the ability to handle several tasks at once are key. You should work well as part of a team, manage time effectively, and be keen to develop further.
