Overview
This role is focused on delivering accurate, high-quality print production work while supporting the overall profitability of the print department. The position handles customer jobs from the time orders are entered until the finished product is complete, always aligned with customer specifications.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out production work by handling customer orders efficiently and with precision, following instructions carefully and completing setup, quality checks, and finishing steps as required.
- Work closely with teammates to make sure all orders are completed correctly and on schedule.
- Ensure assigned jobs are finished on time while maintaining a strong level of accuracy.
- Use store equipment safely and appropriately, and notify management about any maintenance concerns.
- Help maintain a safe workplace by following company safety rules and reporting any unsafe conditions to a manager.
Qualifications
- 1 to 2 years of experience in a print production environment is required.
- Completion of high school, or progress toward completion, is preferred.
Additional Information
- Computer skills, including use of Microsoft software, are considered an advantage.
- Hands-on knowledge of print and finishing equipment is desirable.
- The ability to communicate appropriately and work effectively within a team is important.
