Role Overview
The Daymaker role focuses on supporting store operations and delivering a smooth, high-quality customer experience in a retail beauty setting.
Responsibilities
- Support the store’s everyday operations and keep the retail floor running smoothly.
- Contribute to new ideas and productivity efforts that improve customer service and sales performance while staying aligned with brand expectations.
- Build strong customer relationships through active engagement and rapport-building.
- Handle customer concerns and complaints effectively to achieve proper resolution.
- Follow standard operating procedures for managing cash and store assets.
- Present products and displays in an attractive and effective way to support sales and profitability.
- Complete monthly stock counts and maintain accurate inventory records.
Requirements
- 0 to 1 year of experience in retail.
- Prior exposure to retail POS stores or counters in the beauty sector is preferred.
- Good understanding of product knowledge, events, operations, retail culture, and the cosmetics industry.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to work on your own, take initiative, and adjust quickly in a fast-moving environment.
- Willingness to work retail schedules, including days, nights, weekends, public holidays, and special events.
