Role Overview

This position sits within the Data Analytics Unit and is focused on building, validating, supporting, and improving technology solutions for clients. The role requires close collaboration with project leaders and technology leads to understand business needs, convert them into system requirements, and contribute to delivery estimates and efficient application development.

Core Responsibilities

In this role, you will work as part of the delivery team and contribute to design, development, validation, and support work so that client service quality remains high. A major part of the job is to study client needs in detail and turn business expectations into technical system requirements. You will also help estimate the effort needed for tasks and provide accurate input to project leads and managers. The role includes developing effective programs and systems that support clients in their digital transformation journey.

Additional Responsibilities

You should bring a solid grasp of design principles, basic architecture concepts, performance engineering, quality processes, and estimation methods. The role also expects understanding of the project domain, the ability to convert functional and non-functional requirements into system-level specifications, and the capability to design and write complex code. You should be able to create test cases and scenarios from given specifications, understand SDLC and agile practices, stay aware of current technologies and trends, and apply logical thinking, problem-solving, and teamwork effectively.

Technical Requirements

This position requires familiarity with maintenance and production support processes, transition-related support activities, cloud platforms, and DevOps concepts. Exposure to Amazon Web Services is also part of the technical background expected for the role.

Preferred Skills

Hands-on experience with Azure Databricks, Databricks, and PySpark is preferred for this position.

Education

Eligible educational backgrounds include MCA, MSc, MTech, Bachelor of Engineering, BCA, BSc, and BTech. The role also mentions B.Sc in any specialization, B.C.A. in any specialization, and B.Tech / B.E. in any specialization as acceptable qualifications.
