Role Summary
The Data Analyst for Supply Chain will lead data-related initiatives within SCM, improve how information is connected across systems, and help drive digitalization efforts. The position involves building dashboards, reports, and data models, while also supporting the team with analysis for cost work, negotiations, and operational improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead supply chain data initiatives and oversee how different data sources are identified and integrated.
- Support SCM digitalization by reviewing existing databases, suggesting enhancements, and finding opportunities to align with central KVI databases.
- Create automated dashboards, reports, and data models in Power BI to monitor financial and operational outcomes, including supply quality and sustainability indicators.
- Work closely with the SCM team to provide data support for tasks such as cost analysis, negotiations, and process optimization.
- Serve as the owner for data quality and carry out regular checks to confirm that supply chain data remains accurate and consistent across systems.
Required Profile
- At least 3 years of experience in supply chain data management, analytics, reporting, and data visualization.
- Practical understanding of data extraction, data warehousing, dashboard development, and visualization design.
- Strong command of spoken and written English.
- Very good interpersonal abilities, including active listening, clear communication, and the ability to summarize complex information.
- Exposure to SQL and Python is considered an advantage.
Additional Information
This is a permanent, full-time position based onsite in Milano, TX, with the possibility of working from home 2 days per week. Working time is flexible, with core hours from 9:00 to 17:00.

The base gross salary offered for this role is 53,000 euros per year, and this is the minimum compensation level. Final pay will be determined based on experience, skills, qualifications, and overall fit.
