Role Overview
We are hiring an Arabic-speaking Customer Support Specialist to provide prompt, professional help to customers from a remote setup. The role focuses on creating smooth customer experiences through clear communication, careful follow-up, and dependable problem resolution.
What You’ll Do
- Answer customer questions through email, chat, or phone in Arabic, and in English when needed.
- Share accurate details about products, services, and processes.
- Communicate in a courteous, empathetic, and professional manner at all times.
- Help customers troubleshoot issues and resolve common concerns.
- Work through the likely cause of a problem and guide customers toward a solution.
- Escalate difficult, complex, or sensitive matters to the right internal team.
- Record every customer interaction in CRM or other support tools.
- Monitor open cases, follow up on progress, and keep records current.
- Make sure all responses follow quality and service standards.
- Handle complaints with patience, professionalism, and care.
- Spot repeated issues and help improve support processes.
- Coordinate with internal teams to close customer issues efficiently.
- Attend training and team meetings as required.
- Stay informed about product updates, policies, and procedures.
