Role Overview
This is a domestic banking voice support opportunity based in Pattabiram, Chennai. The role is with a global business services company that supports leading brands through digitally enabled customer operations. It is a good fit for candidates looking to grow their career in the banking support domain.
Key Duties
- Answer both incoming and outgoing banking-related calls.
- Help customers with questions related to accounts, transactions, and card services.
- Support sales efforts through appropriate upselling and cross-selling.
- Maintain a high standard of customer experience while following compliance guidelines.
Eligibility and Work Environment
- Open to both freshers and experienced applicants.
- A graduation degree is required.

Working Hours and Schedule
