Customer Service Representative - AI Trainer

About the role

This position is for an experienced customer service professional who can contribute to AI model training. The work focuses on assessing chatbot progress, checking how well the model reasons, and identifying issues that can be improved to raise overall model quality.

The role calls for strong content review and evaluation ability. Related work areas may also include research and editing or rewriting tasks.

What the contract offers

• You can select the projects you want to take on and decide when you work.
• The work is flexible and can be completed on your own computer, from your home.
• Compensation is hourly, typically in the range of $25 to $30+ per hour, with additional bonus pay available on certain projects.

Responsibilities

• Assign writing and editing tasks to AI chatbots and review the results they generate.
• Assess AI model output for accuracy, quality, and overall performance.

Qualifications

• Strong English fluency at a native or bilingual level.
• Careful attention to detail.
• Proven ability to examine content thoughtfully and judge it using reasoning and critical thinking.
• A Bachelor’s degree that is currently being pursued, in progress, or already completed is preferred, though not mandatory.
