About VSCO

VSCO was built to support photographers and continues to focus entirely on that audience. For more than ten years, the company has earned the confidence of a worldwide creative community by developing tools that help photographers do serious work.

The industry is shifting quickly as AI changes what creative teams can do. VSCO is responding by building a complete photographer workflow that supports creation, editing, client delivery, and business management. The goal is to reduce repetitive work so photographers can spend more time on the craft itself.

For people who value craftsmanship, community, and the possibilities of technology for creatives, this is meaningful work. The company is mission-led, focused, and built to move quickly, with products that reach tens of millions of people around the world. Team members have real influence over what gets built and how it is delivered. VSCO values people who take initiative, connect ideas across functions, care about quality, and work well in collaboration.

About the Role

VSCO is hiring a Creator & Community Relations Coordinator to act as the key connection point between the brand and photographer partners. The person in this role will be the main contact for ambassadors, affiliates, and similar creator partners, and will manage creator relationship programs from start to finish, including sourcing, onboarding, activation, and ongoing improvement.

This position partners closely with Marketing, Brand, and Product teams to equip and mobilize brand advocates in support of major business goals, helping build awareness and drive growth.

What You’ll Do

  • Find, recruit, and prepare new photographer partners by teaching them brand messaging, product details, and communication expectations.
  • Work out affiliate commission structures, ambassador payments, placements, and partnership terms.
  • Manage creator engagement programs such as product gifting, early-access initiatives, event participation, and co-creation opportunities.
  • Develop durable relationships with brand advocates that extend beyond one-off campaign work.
  • Guide creators through the content process from the initial brief through review and publication.
  • Track, evaluate, and strengthen program results against key metrics such as reach, engagement, conversions, and sentiment.
  • Spot ways to improve programs using performance data, creator input, and business priorities, then help put those changes into action.

Qualifications

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in influencer marketing, creator partnerships, community management, or ambassador programs.
  • Strong organizational habits and a sharp eye for detail, with the ability to juggle many conversations across different channels.
  • Excellent relationship-building ability; warm, responsive communication that creators appreciate.
  • A genuine interest in photography, visual storytelling, and the creator economy.
  • Creative problem-solving skills and the ability to design new ways to engage influential community voices and encourage organic advocacy.

Perks and Benefits

  • Hybrid schedule with an office in San Francisco, CA.
  • Regular in-person gatherings designed to support collaboration and connection.
  • Competitive compensation plus equity.
  • Medical, dental, and vision coverage for employees and their families.
  • Flexible Time Off.
  • Company-paid parental, medical, and caregiver leave.
  • Additional benefits including mental health support and tech reimbursement.
  • 401(k) retirement plan.
  • Life insurance, AD&D coverage, short-term disability, and long-term disability coverage.
  • 11 paid holidays.
  • Paid sick time as required by applicable state and local laws.
  • Eligibility for discretionary performance-based bonuses.

Compensation

The base salary range for this role is $115,000 to $125,000. Final pay may vary depending on relevant experience, location, and the internal leveling outcome from the interview process. Base pay is only one part of the overall compensation package.

This role also includes equity in the form of stock options and may qualify for discretionary bonuses based on performance.

Additional Information

The application window is expected to remain open until at least July 6, 2026, though the posting may stay live for a shorter or longer period depending on business needs.

Employment is contingent on successful completion of a pre-employment background check, carried out in line with federal, state, and local law. This may include criminal record checks, sex offender registry searches, and other legally permitted screenings.

Applicants should be alert to fraudulent postings. If someone reaches out claiming to represent VSCO, communication should come through an official VSCO email address or the Greenhouse recruiting system. VSCO will never request financial details or sensitive personal information during the application process.
