Role overview
A luxury boutique hotel in Kigali is seeking a Cost Controller to oversee budgeting discipline, expense management, financial reporting, and overall cost efficiency across hotel operations.
Key responsibilities
- Track budgets and monitor spending across departments.
- Identify opportunities to reduce avoidable costs and improve financial efficiency.
- Prepare clear financial reports for management review.
- Support hospitality cost controls and ensure alignment with standard finance practices.
Requirements
- A degree in Finance, Accounting, or a closely related discipline.
- At least 3 years of experience in cost control or financial management.
- Strong analytical ability with solid reporting skills.
- Working knowledge of hospitality finance standards.
- Comfort using accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
