Key Responsibilities

  • Take ownership of cost control processes for both central storage and outlet operations.

  • Carry out regular production yield checks and surprise inspections to confirm adherence to approved recipes and operating procedures.

  • Compile and share cost control updates and reports with management on time.
  • Keep POS pricing settings current and coordinate updates with delivery platforms and system vendors.
