Описание работы

About the Role

Reef Group is hiring a meticulous and data-driven Cost Control Specialist to oversee and improve inventory processes across warehouses, physical retail outlets, and e-commerce channels in the perfume retail sector. The position focuses on keeping stock records accurate, ensuring product availability, and improving efficiency through analysis, tracking, and reporting with tools such as Power BI and Excel.

Key Responsibilities

  • Keep a close watch on daily stock positions across warehouses and store branches.
  • Record every stock movement correctly, including receipts, inter-branch transfers, returns, and damaged goods.
  • Maintain inventory at healthy levels to avoid both stock shortages and excess stock.
  • Identify slow-moving and high-moving perfume products and turn that data into practical recommendations.
  • Oversee barcode labeling and SKU tracking so products are correctly identified.
  • Check that fragile perfume items are stored and handled appropriately.
  • Make sure leaking or damaged items are documented accurately and separated from usable stock.
  • Arrange stock transfers between branches so inventory remains balanced across locations.
  • Ensure all branch-to-branch movements and inventory transactions are entered properly in the system.
  • Carry out routine cycle counts and support yearly physical stock takes.
  • Review stock differences, trace the reasons behind variances, and help address the root causes.
  • Support shrinkage reduction efforts in warehouses and retail stores.
  • Track testers and promotional stock carefully and keep their records updated.
  • Manage stock allocation for online orders and fulfillment operations.
  • Keep system inventory aligned with actual physical stock at all times.
  • Help prevent overselling by ensuring stock data is current and reliable.

Required Qualifications

  • A bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Data Analytics, Business Administration, or a closely related discipline.
  • At least 5 years of experience in retail inventory control or warehouse operations.
  • Prior exposure to perfumes, cosmetics, FMCG, or luxury retail is strongly preferred.
  • Hands-on experience with ERP platforms such as ERP 365 or comparable retail inventory systems.
  • Good knowledge of warehouse workflows and replenishment planning.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel for analysis and reporting.
  • Experience creating inventory dashboards and analysis in Power BI.
  • Strong analytical thinking, organization, and problem-solving ability.
