Content Creator / Videographer

Job Summary

We are looking for a resourceful and visually driven Content Creator / Videographer who can craft engaging media that elevates brand visibility across digital channels. This role calls for hands-on expertise in filming, editing, storytelling, and social media content production, along with the confidence to independently plan and execute shoots, deliver polished videos, and develop platform-specific content for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn.

Key Responsibilities

• Conceptualize, shoot, and edit high-quality video and photo assets for campaigns, social channels, events, and brand promotions.
• Build creative concepts, story outlines, and content ideas that reflect the brand’s identity.
• Deliver both short-form and long-form videos designed to drive social engagement.
• Operate cameras, set up lighting, record audio, and complete post-production work.
• Create reels, promotional pieces, behind-the-scenes footage, interview videos, and lifestyle visuals.
• Work closely with marketing and design teams to bring content plans to life.
• Keep up with emerging social media trends, viral content styles, and platform best practices.
• Organize content libraries and ensure media files are delivered on schedule.
• Carry out color correction, sound improvement, motion graphics, and simple animation as needed.
• Travel to different locations for shoots and event coverage when required.

Requirements

• Background in content creation, videography, or a closely related role.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating video production, editing, and social media content work.
• Working knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, or comparable editing tools.
• Practical experience with DSLR or mirrorless cameras, lighting kits, drones, and audio equipment.
• Good grasp of social media algorithms and techniques for improving content performance.
• Strong creative thinking and the ability to tell stories visually.
• Comfortable handling deadlines and juggling several projects at once.
• Photography and graphic design knowledge will be considered an advantage.
• Experience in hospitality, real estate, lifestyle, luxury, or F&B sectors is preferred.

Additional Information
