Community Manager

Role overview

We are recruiting a full-time Community Manager for a client-side opportunity that can be performed entirely remotely. The position is centered on growing and supporting an online audience, encouraging active participation, and strengthening the overall member experience.

What you will do

• Oversee community spaces to keep conversations respectful, helpful, and constructive.
• Plan and implement engagement tactics that improve participation and member retention.
• Develop, select, and distribute content that sparks discussion and builds connections.
• Track community well-being indicators, then summarize engagement patterns and member feedback for internal review.
• Work closely with product and marketing teams so community efforts align with wider business objectives.

Skills and qualifications

The ideal candidate should already have experience handling online communities or social media channels. Strong written and verbal communication is important for crafting engaging messages and guiding interactions. You should also be comfortable interpreting engagement data and adjusting your approach based on what it shows. Familiarity with community management platforms and tools is expected, along with the ability to resolve disputes or other issues calmly and effectively.
