Role Overview
The Community Growth Manager is a full-time, hybrid position based in Lucknow, with the option to work from home for part of the week. The role centers on expanding and deepening engagement within Infiniti Connects’ member base by planning outreach efforts, building relationships with entrepreneurs and professionals, and identifying new opportunities for membership and partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will design and run outreach campaigns, coordinate community initiatives and events, manage communication with members, and keep track of engagement and growth metrics. You will work closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to align community activities with overall business goals, develop strategic collaborations, represent the organization at events, maintain relationships with local stakeholders, and refine engagement strategies using data and member feedback.
Qualifications and Skills
Candidates should bring strong communication abilities, relationship-building strengths, analytical thinking, and project coordination experience. Prior exposure to community development, networking, or business development is preferred, especially in startup, professional network, or events-based environments. The role also requires comfort working in a hybrid setup, handling work independently, and using digital platforms such as CRM tools, social media, and virtual event systems. A bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline is preferred, though equivalent practical experience will also be considered. Interest in entrepreneurship, ecosystem building, or professional networking will be an added advantage.

This position is based in Lucknow and follows a hybrid work model with flexibility for remote work.
