Role Overview

As Co-Founder, you will work closely with the founding team to influence the company’s direction, product strategy, and market execution. This is a full-time role based in Faisalabad, with the option to work partly from home depending on business requirements. You will contribute to shaping the roadmap, testing customer needs, and helping steer the ERP platform toward strong market alignment.

What You Will Do

• Help define the product roadmap and make decisions that support product-market fit.
• Validate customer pain points and turn feedback into product and growth priorities.
• Support sales and marketing initiatives such as prospecting, partnership development, customer presentations, and follow-ups with early users.
• Track business performance indicators and use data to guide pricing, positioning, and expansion plans.
• Carry out market and competitor research to inform business and product choices.
• Contribute to building the initial team and shaping the company culture.
• Assist with fundraising discussions when required.
• Represent the company in meetings with customers, collaborators, and other stakeholders.

What We’re Looking For

• Strong analytical ability to assess data, review business performance, and make informed decisions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for working with both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Solid B2B or SaaS sales experience, including lead generation, pipeline handling, negotiation, and deal closure.
• Marketing capability spanning strategy, positioning, execution, and ideally digital, branding, content, or product marketing.
• Research skills for studying markets, competitors, customer needs, and broader industry trends.
• Background in SaaS, ERP, or B2B software, preferably in a startup or fast-growing environment.
• Comfort with uncertainty, a hands-on mindset, and willingness to take ownership across product, commercial, and operational work.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline; advanced study or prior founder/leadership experience is considered an advantage.
• Ability to work primarily on site in Faisalabad.
