Role Overview
The team is looking for a detail-oriented, data-minded, and relationship-focused Client Success Manager. This position blends client-facing communication with analytical work and workflow improvement, with an emphasis on using data and process best practices to drive measurable outcomes.
What You Will Do
- Develop strong, lasting client partnerships and act as the main day-to-day contact to keep clients happy and supported.
- Review campaign performance data, spot trends, and find opportunities to improve results and scale impact.
- Design and refine operating processes that strengthen delivery quality and make internal work more efficient.
- Use advanced spreadsheet tools to organize data, monitor client KPIs, and prepare detailed reporting.
- Identify client needs early, flag potential issues before they escalate, and recommend practical strategies for success.
- Work closely with content, analytics, and development teams so deliverables remain high-quality and effective.
- Run onboarding meetings for new clients and explain the company’s AI-based tools, workflows, and expectations.
- Represent the client’s perspective internally so feedback helps shape future improvements and product ideas.
Skills and Qualifications
This role calls for excellent communication skills, strong relationship management, a sharp analytical approach, and the ability to improve processes in a structured way. Candidates should be highly accurate, comfortable with spreadsheets, and able to turn data into clear actions. Experience in ecommerce or digital marketing, especially with Amazon, is advantageous but not mandatory.
