Описание работы
Role Summary
This position supports biomanufacturing operations by carrying out both standard and specialized production activities so products can be made in line with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) requirements and site safety rules. The role includes running and caring for production machinery, tracking process settings, capturing required records, and completing in-process quality inspections to help maintain batch consistency and product integrity.
Working Schedule
The shift runs from Monday to Friday, 2:00 pm to 10:30 pm.
Level of Responsibility
You will work within clearly defined standard operating procedures and instructions, typically with close to moderate supervision. You will be accountable for product quality during the production stages assigned to you and must escalate any deviations, defects, or equipment problems without delay. There may also be scope to support the onboarding or training of new operators.
Qualifications and Experience
Experience in GMP-controlled or other regulated manufacturing settings is preferred. A Leaving Certificate or an equivalent qualification is required, while post-secondary technical training is considered an advantage. GMP training certification would also be beneficial. A basic mechanical understanding and familiarity with factory-based environments are helpful, along with strong accuracy and a clear focus on product safety.
Work Background
Applicants should have 0 to 2 years of experience in manufacturing, packaging, or assembly. Previous exposure to GMP or ISO-regulated environments is an advantage, and experience in a cleanroom or sterile assembly setting would be particularly useful.
Knowledge and Skills
The role calls for familiarity with GMP, Good Documentation Practices (GDP), and core regulatory expectations. It also requires an understanding of cleanroom grades, gowning procedures, contamination control, and standard manufacturing or assembly methods used in regulated environments.

About the Role
