About the role

ecoSense is hiring for a cleaning position at a welcoming site with a supportive team. The company provides commercial cleaning services across the UK and offers staff access to an app designed to help manage work, learning, timesheets, company documents, and route planning.

There is also an internal development programme aimed at helping team members build new skills and progress within the business. Recognition tools are used by both the company and its clients to acknowledge good work, and the business also plants a tree in each staff member's name.

The role is based in Fareham Locks Heath, PO14 4PP, and is part of an environment described as friendly and positive.

Working hours

Available shifts are Friday from 7:00 am to 11:00 am, Saturday from 7:00 am to 2:00 pm, and Sunday from 7:00 am to 2:00 pm.

Pay

The pay rate is £12.71, subject to National Living Wage requirements, and wages are paid monthly.

Responsibilities

• Carry out a range of general cleaning tasks.
• Clean floors and glass surfaces.
• Clean toilets and shower areas.
• Complete routine light cleaning duties.
• Restock toilet rolls and hand soap as needed.

Training and experience

Full training will be provided, and prior experience is not required.

Language requirement

Applicants need a strong command of English, both spoken and written, because of the nature of the contract.

Start date

The role is available for an immediate start.
