About the internship
This is a remote business development and sales internship with GT Play Room, a learning and career platform that helps professionals move into SaaS sales and go-to-market (GTM) roles. The platform teaches how modern tech businesses create revenue, develop sales pipelines, and grow GTM strategies.
What you will do
- Run outbound prospecting efforts for the US market.
- Identify and research leads and target accounts.
- Draft, send, and experiment with cold email outreach.
- Create personalized Loom videos for potential prospects.
- Help the founding team set up early-stage sales processes.
- Use strong spoken and written English to communicate with American prospects.
Working hours
The internship schedule will be from 6:00 PM to 2:00 AM.

Requirements
- Experience or familiarity with SDR, BDR, or outbound sales work.
- Comfort using email, LinkedIn, research tools, and prospecting software.
- Strong communication abilities.
- Preference for candidates who enjoy taking ownership and are comfortable with a non-routine role.
- Prior direct experience working with founders is a strong advantage.

Stipend
You will receive ₹15,000 to ₹20,000 per month during the internship. If converted to a permanent employee, the expected salary is ₹3,00,000 per year.
