About the Company
Oroo Inc is a rapidly scaling technology business focused on building SaaS products for companies. Its core product, Dealersip, is an AI-driven dealership management system made for used car dealers. Through one dashboard, dealerships can handle stock, websites, CRM, lead management, AI-generated content, and digital marketing. The company is expanding across India and is seeking driven professionals to help modernize the automotive retail space.
Role Overview
This is a field-based, full-time business development role centered on direct sales in the automotive technology space. The position is suited to someone who enjoys meeting clients face-to-face, developing long-term business relationships, and converting prospects into customers.
Responsibilities
- Travel to used car dealerships within the assigned territory and engage with potential clients.
- Identify fresh business opportunities and present product demos to interested prospects.
- Assess client needs and suggest the most suitable solution for their business.
- Develop and maintain relationships with dealership owners and senior decision-makers.
- Keep CRM entries and customer records updated and accurate.
- Work toward monthly sales goals and successfully close deals.
Candidate Profile
The company is looking for a self-driven field sales professional with strong people skills and a performance-oriented mindset. Experience in automotive sales or SaaS sales will be an added advantage. The candidate should be comfortable traveling within the assigned city and should preferably have access to a two-wheeler and smartphone.
Eligibility
Applicants with a B.C.A. in any specialization or a B.Tech / B.E. in any specialization can apply. Candidates with 1 to 3 years of experience in field sales are preferred.
Additional Information
Location: Chandigarh, India. The role is full-time and field-sales based. The opportunity is open across multiple cities in India as the business expands.
