About the Opportunity
This is a senior enterprise growth role with a well-known engagement and loyalty business serving Australia and New Zealand. The focus is on developing strategic commercial partnerships with corporates, financial institutions, member-based organisations, and enterprise brands. It suits a seasoned sales professional who is comfortable winning high-value business and working on long, consultative deals.
The role offers a base salary of $140,000 plus superannuation and uncapped commission, with on-target earnings of $180,000 to $200,000+.
This is a consultative B2B role rather than a transactional sales position. You will work with senior decision-makers across Australia and New Zealand to help organisations strengthen customer loyalty, member engagement, and employee value propositions through customised rewards, benefits, and engagement solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Source, approach, and secure new enterprise-level partnerships.
- Build trusted relationships with CEOs, CMOs, HR Directors, membership leaders, and commercial executives.
- Manage complex sales processes from first contact through negotiation and final agreement.
- Design commercial solutions that align with each client’s business goals.
- Collaborate with product, marketing, and leadership teams to create persuasive proposals.
- Deliver against, and exceed, new business and revenue targets on a consistent basis.
- Represent the organisation at networking events, industry gatherings, and strategic meetings.
Candidate Profile
- Demonstrated success in enterprise sales, strategic partnerships, or complex B2B business development.
- Background in selling solutions and services rather than simple products.
- Strong ability to prospect and build a healthy pipeline of opportunities.
- Confidence engaging with and influencing senior leaders and executive stakeholders.
- Commercially minded with solid negotiation skills for long-term agreements.
- Persistent, self-driven, and resilient in longer sales cycles.
- Experience in loyalty, rewards, employee benefits, SaaS, membership organisations, martech, fintech, HR tech, or digital platforms is highly regarded.
