Role overview

Junior's Fashion Week (JFW) is a leading platform focused on children's fashion. Launched in 2016, it has built a reputation for creating engaging experiences for families and brands by giving young participants a stage to showcase themselves. In this business development role, you will contribute to expanding JFW’s reach and helping create meaningful opportunities for children.

Location: Business Bay, Dubai, UAE

Key responsibilities

• Reach out to prospective participants, especially parents, and introduce them to JFW’s fashion shows across the UAE.
• Present the program’s value clearly and support families through the full registration journey.
• Develop trusted, professional relationships with parents by understanding their expectations and answering their questions.
• Serve as the main contact point for parents during registration and help resolve any concerns promptly.
• Work closely with the marketing team to ensure outreach efforts are aligned and effective.
• Take part in fashion shows and promotional activities, offering on-ground support when needed.

Skills and qualifications

• Background in business development, sales, or client handling.
• Strong spoken and written communication skills; Arabic speaking ability is preferred.
• Confidence in persuasion and negotiation.
• Self-driven attitude, target focus, and a willingness to learn.
• Basic familiarity with CRM systems, or an openness to learn them.
• Interest in children’s fashion and event-based work is an added advantage.
