Role Overview

In this position, you will help prepare and successfully launch the Bulgarian market by making sure all copy assets, operating processes, and workflows are ready for go-live. You will work closely with multiple stakeholders and contribute to the Brand Marketing team’s broader goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the full preparation and rollout of the Bulgarian market, ensuring that all content, workflows, and related processes are ready for launch.
• Manage Bulgarian copy projects from start to finish, keeping deadlines, priorities, and stakeholder expectations aligned throughout.
• Take ownership of the translation workflow by handling requests, assigning tasks, monitoring progress, and keeping everyone informed.
• Write and translate high-quality, on-brand content for newsletters, push notifications, organic social posts, and paid social campaigns.
• Review Bulgarian copy carefully to ensure strong grammar, clear messaging, and consistent style.
• Lead quality checks across Bulgarian content on the website, app, and marketing channels to maintain accuracy, consistency, clarity, and brand compliance.
• Ensure the brand’s tone of voice stays consistent across every customer touchpoint while contributing to KPI delivery and wider marketing objectives.
• Continuously refine processes and workflows to improve efficiency and sustain a high content standard.

Required Qualifications

• Bulgarian must be your native language, and you should have strong business-level English. Knowledge of Croatian or another Slavic language is considered an advantage.
• You need at least 7 years of experience as a Bulgarian copywriter in a fast-moving e-commerce setting; fashion marketing experience is a plus.
• Hands-on experience with structured workflows, Jira, and/or a translation management system is a strong benefit.
• You should be confident working with multiple stakeholders, balancing input from different teams and delivering content in a collaborative environment.
• Previous involvement in launching a new market is a notable advantage.
• You must have a polished, fashion-oriented writing style and excellent grammar.
• Strong organizational skills are essential, including the ability to manage several priorities at once and meet deadlines.
• A proactive, detail-focused mindset with a strong project-management approach is important for success in this role.
