Role overview

e.l.f. Beauty is hiring an Associate Manager, Digital Commerce Operations to act as the day-to-day operational driver for its connected commerce business. In this role, you will help make sure products, promotions, campaigns, and customer-facing experiences are launched accurately and smoothly across the company’s digital channels, including the website, mobile app, and social commerce platforms.

  • Ensure major milestones are met and escalate risks, blockers, and dependencies when needed.
  • Look for ways to improve speed, accuracy, and efficiency across digital commerce operations.

Issue management and customer experience support

  • Serve as a central point of coordination for operational problems that affect the customer experience worldwide.
  • Work with Customer Service teams to diagnose site issues, share updates, and help drive resolution.
  • Log and manage development tickets, bug reports, and enhancement requests.
