The Associate Learning Advisor role supports the expansion of BrainStation’s offerings both in person in New York and through its global online programs. This position sits at the crossroads of technology, education, and growth, and is ideal for someone excited by digital innovation, passionate about making learning more accessible, and motivated to help the organization grow.

What You’ll Do

• Guide, encourage, and inspire professionals who want to strengthen or elevate their careers in technology.
• Support business growth through revenue-focused outreach such as phone calls, email communication, and video meetings with prospective customers.
• Help expand community engagement by making use of BrainStation’s thought leadership events.
• Use the company’s internal revenue tools and platforms to learn, implement, and refine effective sales and growth practices.
• Partner closely with product, learning design, and experience teams to improve and shape tailored digital learning offerings.
• Develop and maintain strong long-term relationships with industry partners, organizations, and community leaders interested in digital upskilling for their members.
