Role overview
Mad Mex is looking for an Assistant Restaurant Manager to join the Tuggerah, New South Wales team on a full-time, on-site basis. This role offers a four-day working week and is suited to someone who is energized by fast-paced restaurant operations, team leadership, and delivering standout customer experiences.

What the role involves
As the Assistant Restaurant Manager, you will support the Business Manager and play a central part in the day-to-day running of the restaurant. The position calls for someone who can motivate the team, keep service and operations on track, and help create the energetic, cheeky customer experience the brand is known for.
Working arrangement
- Full-time role
- On-site position in Tuggerah, New South Wales
